There is very little pain associated with Neogen Plasma treatment for enlarged pores. Many patients don’t even opt to have a topical numbing cream applied.
In general, topical numbing cream will be applied only if Neogen plasma is set at a high power level. Otherwise, patients won’t feel anything except a warm sensation on their skin.
For enlarged pores, typically, 5-6 sessions of Neogen Plasma are needed in order to get good results. It is recommended that patients wait 3-4 weeks in between sessions in order to allow their skin to rest and recover.
Immediately after treatment, patients generally notice some redness around the affected areas. Patients might experience some form of dry skin that will go away in 1-2 days.
